The Maryland Cannabis Administration has formally terminated enhanced reporting requirements for Seven Points Agro Therapeutics, LLC, concluding a compliance monitoring period that stemmed from a 2023 enforcement action.
In an order dated February 2, 2026, Director Tabatha Robinson confirmed that the company’s additional oversight obligations under a prior consent agreement have been lifted.
Seven Points Agro Therapeutics, LLC, which operates under License No. GA-23-00009, previously entered into a Consent Order with the Maryland Cannabis Administration to resolve regulatory charges issued on September 28, 2023 under Maryland’s cannabis laws.
Under the December 11, 2023 Consent Order, the company agreed to:
- Pay a civil penalty of $62,000
- Submit a Plan of Correction within 10 days
- Comply with enhanced reporting requirements for two years
The enhanced oversight provisions required Seven Points to submit quarterly green waste logs for review and provide quarterly submissions documenting monthly inventory records
These measures were designed to increase transparency and ensure improved operational compliance following the initial violations.
On January 12, 2026, the company formally requested that the enhanced reporting requirements be terminated. According to the order, regulators reviewed the company’s compliance with the terms of the Consent Order before making their determination.
The Administration ultimately concluded that the company had satisfied the relevant conditions, allowing regulators to terminate the additional reporting obligations ahead of the originally contemplated two-year period.
The February 2, 2026 order states that the termination decision is a public document under Maryland’s public information laws.
The action signals that Seven Points Agro Therapeutics has met the compliance benchmarks established under the Consent Order, bringing the matter to a close from a reporting and oversight standpoint.
The case was identified as Cannabis Administration Case No. 23-00347.
